Wedding Itinerary

Friday July 12 

Cook-out - 6:30pm: This will be a casual BBQ catered by snowbowl, no need to bring anything. Dress is daytime casual; wear shoes that you can walk up a grassy hill in:)

Saturday July 13

Wedding

Arrive 6pm, casual ceremony 6:30pm, then dinner and dancing. Dress is casual; wear shoes that you can walk up a grassy hill in:)

Lodging/camping info

​

Hotels in Missoula- we have a room block at Econo Lodge at 4953 North Reserve Street. Rooms are $93.50/night for 1 queen bed, $102/night for 2 queen beds. Book here, or call (406) 542-7550.

If you'd prefer to stay at a hotel that's a little less 'economy', La Quinta Inn is right next door, you can walk there from the shuttle drop-off.

Lodging at Snowbowl-  Check-in: anytime Friday. Once you arrive at snowbowl, find Jasmine and/or Jorge (Cedar's sister and bother-in-law) to get your room key.

​

Camping details: You can set up tents and park campers any time on Friday (sun sets around 9:30pm in July). Anyone who is camping will have access to bathrooms and a full kitchen in the Gelandesprung Lodge 24 hours a day. You can leave your tents up all weekend.

​

Food at snowbowl: Dinner will be catered by snowbowl on Friday and Saturday night, and if you're staying at snowbowl (camping or in Gelandesprung lodge), we'll have some breakfast and lunch food in the lodge kitchen for everyone to forage at will.

Shuttle

​

There will be a shuttle between Econo Lodge and snowbowl on Friday and Saturday nights. You can park at econo lodge and use the shuttle even if you're not staying at econo lodge, but seats may be limited.

​

Friday - July 12th - Shuttle will pickup riders @ the Econolodge at 5:30 PM - take up to Snowbowl by around 6:00 PM, return shuttle to Econo Lodge will leave Snowbowl at 9:30pm 

​

Saturday - July 13th - Shuttle will pickup riders @ the Econolodge at 5:30 PM - take up to Snowbowl by around 6:00 PM, return shuttles to Econo Lodge will leave Snowbowl at 9:30pm and Midnight
